Armoloy South Africa offers electroless nickel for applications involving moderate to severe corrosion. Electroless nickel deposit is 12 to 15 microns thick with a surface hardness of 55 Rc. The application replicates or exceeds the hardness of most heat-treated tool steels, with absolute adhesion to the substrate as demonstrated by standard ASTM tests and military specifications.

Electroless nickel coats threads, recessed areas, through holes, curves and sharp angles evenly, maintaining close tolerances without building edges.
Armoloy specialises in high-phosphorus nickel coatings which offers the highest corrosion in nickel plating which can exceed 1000 hours salt spray test.
